7-OH is a concentrated synthetic derivative of the kratom plant.

Often marketed as “natural remedies” or “herbal medicine,” these products are commonly sold at gas stations and smoke shops, where they have earned the nickname “gas station heroin” due to their potent opioid-like effects.

The product labels sometimes have the phrase “plant alkaloids” on them.
