(L.A.) Stephen Grubb, 24, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 24-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Stephen Grubb.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of 7-Hydroxymitragynine, Mitragynine, Citalopram, Hydroxyzine, Olanzapine
