Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Josef Gomez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Alprazolam and Cocaine Toxicity

This was an accidental drug overdose.
