Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 66-year-old Black female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Linda Wallace.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 5:29 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
