Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Rios.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Effects of Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension; History of Chronic Alcohol and Opiate Use
