The coroner’s office identified the woman as Y-Thien Lam.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:59 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 9, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

The decedent’s name appears to be Vietnamese.
