The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jerry Herrera.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine and Cocaine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:43 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 25, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
