The coroner’s office has identified the man as Vahram Shagoyan.

A Glendale man arrested on suspicion of stealing a bicycle was also booked on drug charges after officers allegedly found heroin that was reportedly intended for sale at his home.
Vahram Shagoyan, 27, was taken into custody in the 300 block of East Fairview Avenue, near where he allegedly stole a mountain bike, said Glendale Police spokeswoman Tahnee Lightfoot.
On April 13, 2016, Roxann Yvonne Nazario filed a Domestic Violence case against Vahram Shagoyan in the jurisdiction of Los Angeles County.
