stroke

The main difference between hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes is the underlying cause of brain damage:

  • In ischemic stroke, brain damage is caused by a lack of blood supply, usually due to a blood clot blocking an artery. Ischemic strokes account for about 87% of all strokes.
  • In hemorrhagic stroke, brain damage is caused by bleeding into the brain tissue from a ruptured blood vessel. Hemorrhagic strokes account for about 13% of all strokes.

So many Democratic politicians suffered strokes the first five months of the year 2022… two U.S. senators… New Mexico and Maryand… North Carolina attorney general… Pennsylvania lieutenant governor…

Five of these people each had a stroke in May 2022.
