Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Keith Lynch.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Cerebrovascular Stroke

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cerebrovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Congestive Heart Failure; Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Extremities
