Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Black male that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Mckenzie Story. Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Mayhan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Cocaine, Phencyclidine, and Ethanol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 3:29 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 25/26, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

This was an accidental overdose.
