Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 73-year-old Hispanic female.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Margarita Valenzuela.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Exsanguination

Cause of Death B: Dialysis Vascular Access Hemorrhage

Other Significant Conditions: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease and Medical History of Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, End-Stage Renal Disease, Atrial Fibrillation, Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, and Hypothyroidism

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 8:31 a.m.

 
Note that “dialysis vascular access hemorrhage” was somehow ruled a natural death, instead of an accident.
