RIP LATRAIL L MANNING (May 12, 1969 – November 13, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 3:52 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 14, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
Per usual incompetence, the government agency listed the decedent’s birth year as 1968. As noted in the comments section below, the man was actually born in 1969.
To correct the public record, particularly in order to ensure the correct birth year on the death certificate, a family member may have to contact the county’s Records section at (323) 343-0714. The investigator assigned to this case is David Simpson.
His real birthday is May 12, 1969 he died at the age of 54. He left behind a daughter age 30.
