Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Tara Call.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fluorofentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP TARA CALL (November 2, 1990 – May 1, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 1:05 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 15, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
