(L.A.) Tiffany Stettner, 54, Ended Her Life

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tiffany Stettner.
Manner of Death: Suicide
Cause of Death: Effects of Hydrocodone, Lorazepam, and Oxcarbezapine [sic]

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:42 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on January 19, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
Oxcarbazepine, sold under the brand name Trileptal among others, is a medication used to treat epilepsy. For epilepsy it is used for both focal seizures and generalized seizures. It has been used both alone and as add-on therapy in people with bipolar disorder who have had no success with other treatments.

Oh Tiffany, I’m just finding out about his. She was an angel here on earth, the truest of friends who was selfless and beyond kind. What a loss, we are shocked and grieving. I can not fathom this. We lost contact after High School, but I always had a place in my heart for you. I wish we had maintained our friendship as adults. I was always checking to see how you were doing on facebook. I was proud that you loved helping others so much.
