(L.A.) Vincent Vera Zubia, 28, Died on a Train Platform

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Latino male that occurred on a train platform.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Vincent Vera Zubia.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 4:53 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 13, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
