(L.A.) Jack Aronzon, 21, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 21-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jack Aronzon.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Cocaine, Ketamine, Methylenedioxymethamphetamine, Alprazolam and Quetiapine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 12:10 p.m.

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.

3,4-methylenedioxy-methamphetamine (MDMA) is a synthetic drug that alters mood and perception. It is chemically similar to stimulants and hallucinogens. MDMA is commonly called Ecstasy or Molly.

Quetiapine, sold under the brand name Seroquel among others, is an atypical antipsychotic medication used for the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and major depressive disorder. It is widely used as a sleep aid due to its sedating effect.
