The coroner’s office identified the man as Mario Sudduth.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 10:05 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 4, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
