(L.A.) Hannah Blazevich, 31, Died from Drugs with Husband

Case Number: 2019-08238

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Hannah Blazevich.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects Of Fentanyl, Cocaine, Alprazolam, and Gamma-Hydroxybutyric Acid

RIP HANNAH KENYON BLAZEVICH (June 6, 1988 – November 2, 2019)

Alprazolam is a benzodiazepine medication used to treat anxiety and panic disorders. It works by enhancing the effects of a certain natural chemical in the body (GABA).

The decedent’s husband Michael died the same day in the same manner and from the same cause of death, according to the deputy medical examiner.

Neither one left a will, so post-death claimants had to go to through probate.
