(L.A.) Bradley Kowalski, 42, Died From Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a business.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Bradley Kowalski.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Cocaine Effects

RIP BRADLEY KOWALSKI (March 19, 1982 – May 14, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 7:13 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 19, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
