(L.A.) Michael Blazevich, 45, Died from Drugs with Wife

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Blazevich.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Cocaine, Alprazolam, and Gamma-Hydroxybutyric Acid

Alprazolam is a benzodiazepine medication used to treat anxiety and panic disorders. It works by enhancing the effects of a certain natural chemical in the body (GABA).

The decedent’s wife Hannah died the same day in the same manner and from the same cause of death.

According to his sister’s statement on GoFundMe, his addiction to oxycontin may have started from having to deal with the pain of a compressed neck and back vertebrae.
