RIP DAVID DANEAULT (June 9, 1957 – June 22, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:19 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 5, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
“Probable” as an adjective for drowning… The decent’s body was probably released without differentiating between a death by submersion and an immersion of a body. In any case, having those drugs in one’s system helped in bringing about the demise.
For David Daneault it says probable drowning I don’t understand , did he have water in his lungs or not? Did he drown or not? Can you please explain the probable drowning?
The deputy medical examiner who signed off on the cause of death is the only one who can explain that definitively.
That DME is Dr. Vadims Poukens.
How in the world could you release a body without checking to see if there was water in their lungs??? Now we will never know if their bodies were staged in the hot tub. So I’m guessing that’s all you did was a toxicology screening? Just wonderful!
these medical examiners are awful , in dont tnink the even do the autopsies. for my dads they put had brown eyes was 50 lbs heavier and missed so many things. only the toxicologywas correct. i call to talk to the medical examiner but hes “on vacation” .. they are full of it
