The coroner’s office has identified the man as Cesar Ramirez.

Cause of Death A: Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Chronic Alcohol Cirrhotic Liver Disease

Other Significant Condition: Diabetes Mellitus
