Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Arturo Martinez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Recent Cocaine Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 1:21 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
