Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 72-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.
The coroner’s office identified the woman as Valerie Pinera.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.
On November 15, the Department of Medical Examiner withdrew their initial conclusion that this was a natural death. In February, the DME disclosed their new findings.
