The coroner’s office has identified the man as Tim Ives.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Hypercholesterolemia; Chronic Alcohol Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 10:47 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 12.
