(L.A.) Sisothara Min, 40, Ended His Life

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old “Asian” male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Sisothara Min. Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Keth.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death A: Asphyxia

Cause of Death B: Ligature Hanging

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Bipolar Disorder; Methamphetamine and Ethanol Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 3:23 a.m.

The decedent attended David Starr Jordan High School. He had been incarcerated at North Kern State Prison. It appears he was convicted on drug charges related to meth, possession and transport in 2011.
