The coroner’s office identified the woman as Shantel Duah.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Thromboemboli

Cause of Death B: Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

Other Significant Condition: Intrauterine Pregnancy
