Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Black male that occurred in a street gutter.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gregory Neal.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
