(L.A.) Robert Degray, 56, Died in an RV

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred inside a recreational vehicle.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Robert Degray of Azusa, from Arcadia.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Acetyl Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Cocaine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 1:18 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 5, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
The decedent’s body was found inside a vehicle that had been towed away from an Arco gas station in Irwindale to the yard of Jan’s Towing in Azusa. There was also a dead woman in the vehicle.
