(L.A.) Philip Enewally, 26, Died in a Mail Room

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old Black male that occurred in a mail room.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Philip Enewally.
Manner of Death: Natural
Cause of Death A: Sudden Cardiac Dysfunction
Cause of Death B: Solitary Papillary Muscle Hypertrophy

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 3:11 p.m.
The decedent was known as the gamer P2 (@P2istheName) on social media, having become famous as a Call of Duty streamer on Twitch. He had over 3.8 million subscribers on YouTube and more than 660,000 followers on Instagram.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.
