Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Keely Rivas and listed her race/ethnicity as Hispanic.

Born in L.A. County as Keely Ann Shugart. Mother’s maiden name is Woodel.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 12:41 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 9, presumably after the results of tox screening came back negative for substances. We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.
