Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Latino male that occurred in an ambulance.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jorge Soriano.

Cause of Death: Blunt Traumatic Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 1:58 a.m.
The decedent was the front-seat passenger of an off-duty LAPD officer who were both fatally injured in a crash in Northridge. They were killed when a 20-year-old driver allegedly ran a red light while driving drunk at approximately 100 miles per hour.
