Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Russell.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Drowning

Cause of Death B: Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death C: Deep Vein Thrombosis of the Left Lower Leg
