(L.A.) Daniel Hornblower, 62, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Daniel Hornblower.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Ethanol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, substance overdose.

The decedent filed a lawsuit in federal court in 2017, apparently against Los Angeles County Superior Court.

In 1999, he was admitted to the California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi. CDCR # P60915
