Cause of Death A: Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death B: Community-Acquired Pneumonia

Cause of Death C: Decompensated Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Decompensated Chronic Liver Disease, Mesothelioma
