(L.A.) Jason Min, 46, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old Asian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jason Min.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Ahn.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Heroin, Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 2:54 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 16, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs. This is considered an accidental drug overdose.

The surnames of the decedent’s parents are both Korean.
