Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old “Caucasian” male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Harut Ayvazyan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Fentanyl and Heroin Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, and Myocardial Bridging of Left Coronary Artery
