(L.A.) Harut Ayvazyan, 40, Died in Tarzana

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old “Caucasian” male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Harut Ayvazyan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Fentanyl and Heroin Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, and Myocardial Bridging of Left Coronary Artery

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 3:15 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
