Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Juan Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Complications of a Gunshot Wound of the Back

Other Significant Conditions: Decubitus Ulcers with Associated Bacteremia and Endocarditis, Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease
