Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 17-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the teen as Eileen Reyes of Downey, California.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 1:44 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 22, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
