Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Christopher Reyes.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, Phencyclidine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:20 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 21, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
