(L.A.) Chris Yon, 62, Died From a Heart Issue

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Chris Yon.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

RIP CHRIS YON (January 3, 1962 – July 9, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 1:32 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 4, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.

This was either a heart attack (myocardial infarction) or cardiac arrest.
