The coroner’s office has identified the man as Anthony Mendoza.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 1:23 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 13, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
