(L.A.) Carol Lewis, 64, Died From Heart Disease

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Carol Lewis.
Manner of Death: Natural
Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction
Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
RIP CAROL LEWIS (November 10, 1959 – April 30, 2024)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 13, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
