(L.A.) Arturo Hernandez, 33, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Arturo Hernandez of Lake Elsinore.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine

Other Significant Condition: Idiopathic Cardiomyopathy

RIP ARTURO R HERNANDEZ JR. (December 3, 1991 – July 14, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 7, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
