RIP ARTIS LEON IVEY JR. (August 1, 1963 – September 28, 2022)

Coroner's report on Coolio's death

Phencyclidine or phenylcyclohexyl piperidine (PCP), also known as angel dust among other names, is a dissociative anesthetic mainly used recreationally for its significant mind-altering effects. PCP may cause hallucinations, distorted perceptions of sounds, and violent behavior.

Cause of death was made public on April 6, 2023, after results of toxicological testing came back.

Because of the timing of a performance in Australia, where shots were strictly required, it is almost certain that Coolio had received injections of synthetic mRNA.
