(L.A.) Seleisa Isara, 22, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 22-year-old Black female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Seleisa Isara.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Toxicity of Multiple Drugs (Fentanyl, Acetyl Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine)

RIP SELEISA ISARA (May 14, 2000 – April 5, 2023)

The decedent appears to have been of mixed Black and Samoan heritage.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 3:25 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
