The address belongs to the Mexican restaurant Descanso in the Miracle Mile district of the City of Los Angeles. It’s between the Counter and Johnnie’s at the SAG-AFTRA Plaza, a few steps from La Brea Tar Pits.
The government investigator said the decedent took his own life at a booth.
