Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old “Caucasian” female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Anastasia Grigorian.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Mitragynine

Other Significant Condition: Recent Cocaine Use

Place of death was Unit 233 of Mitchell Arms Apartment at 12135 Mitchell Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90066.

Attended Santa Monica High School.

Worked as a dispensary technician at The Rose Collective in Venice and as a cashier at Del Rey Smoke Stacks.
