(L.A.) Adam Monroe Woo, 31, Ended His Life

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Asian male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Adam Woo.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Jung.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of the Chest

RIP ADAM MONROE WOO (September 11, 1993 – February 9, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 10:26 a.m.

The decedent was found lifeless in the parking lot of Kaiser Permanente’s medical offices at 27201 Tourney Road in Valencia, a neighborhood in the city of Santa Clarita.

He was last seen in the 28000 block of Hidden Hills Drive, in Santa Clarita, on Saturday at 6 p.m. It’s about six miles or a 12-minute drive to Kaiser Permanente.

LASD had put out a “missing person” bulletin stating he was “at risk” and there was concern for his well-being. He was described as standing 5’6″ and weighing 115 pounds, and he was driving a black 2008 Volvo SUV.

Although he was officially pronounced deceased on Sunday, it’s possible he passed away on February 8, Saturday.
